Class sessions identified on this website as “Guaranteed” will be held even if the minimum enrollment is not met. This allows customers to register for guaranteed sessions with confidence. Cancellation PolicyClasses may be canceled if the minimum enrollment is not met. Quest Software reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. Every effort will be made to reschedule students to the next available class date. Student cancellation can be requested at any time. Cancellation requests received fewer than 10 business days from the class start date are non-refundable.
