Custom Private Training

Custom private classes can be tailored to meet your unique audience, environment, and scheduling requirements. They provide opportunities for your team to discuss organization-specific objectives and practices while learning to deploy and use Quest products. Classes can be delivered at your location using your equipment or using the Quest Education Services Mobile Classroom. Classes can also be held at our Maidenhead office.

How to Enroll

You may enroll in a private class in one of two ways:

1. Contact your sales representative (or visit our "Contact Us" page)..

Private classes delivered at a customer facility:

• Customers utilize their own classrooms and equipment or they can leverage the Quest Education Services Mobile Classroom.
• Quest instructor travel and living expenses will be included in the daily rate unless traveling outside of the UK.
• Class size is limited to eight students unless stated otherwise.

Private classes delivered at a Quest facility:

• Students utilize classrooms and equipment at a Quest facility.
• Students are responsible for their own travel and living expenses, if applicable.
• Class size is limited to eight students unless stated otherwise.

Payment Options

• Private courses can be purchased with an existing statement of work, purchase order or credit card. A Quest representative will contact you to discuss scheduling, logistics and payment.
• A properly executed and approved customer purchase order must be received 10 business days prior to the class date unless otherwise agreed. Invoices will be emailed after training is completed.

Private Class Confirmation Policy

Registration for private classes is not confirmed until the student receives a confirmation e-mail from Quest Software. Confirmation e-mails are typically sent within seven business days of the class request. Confirmations can also be requested by e-mailing UKtraining@quest.com.
