Our most popular courses are offered on a prescheduled Public Training Calendar in order to provide flexible, cost effective training options that will best suit your schedule. These hands-on, expert-led sessions ensure that students gain the ability to take full advantage of Quest products within their own unique environments. 

The public courses are held at our Maidenhead office and classes fill up quickly so don't delay in registering for a course that works with your schedule. Registration is handled on a first come, first served bases with a limit of 10 students per course to ensure maximum benefit for participants. 

If you're a user or administrator, you can take one of these interactive training courses to enhance your skills and increase your value within your organisation. If you manage a team that utilises Quest software, but don't have the budget or a sufficient number of students to justify a private, onsite course, you can enrol them in a public course that will increase their productivity and efficiency. 
Custom private courses can be tailored to meet your unique audience, environment and scheduling requirements. This option provides your team with the opportunity to discuss organisation-specific objectives and practices while learning to deploy and fully utilise Quest products. There are several delivery options you can choose from:
  • Delivered at your facility utilising your equipment - instructor travel and expenses are included in the daily rate unless traveling outside the UK
  • Delivered at your facility utilising the Quest Mobile Classroom - instructor travel and expenses are included in the daily rate unless traveling outside the UK
  • Delivered at Quest's Maidenhead office - your organisation is responsible for any travel and expenses required

How to SCHEDULE a Private Training Course:
Payment Options
  • Private courses can be purchased with an existing statement of work, purchase order or credit card. A Quest representative will contact you to discuss scheduling, logistics and payment.
  • A properly executed and approved customer purchase order must be received 10 business days prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed. Invoices will be emailed after training is completed.

Private Class Confirmation Policy
Registration for private courses is not confirmed until the student receives a confirmation email from Quest Software. Confirmation emails are typically sent within seven business days of the initial course request. Confirmation can also be requested by emailing UKtraining@quest.com.
